The Hub's Nonprofit Coffee Bar

We see ourselves as part of the movement to create exquisite coffee. We consider coffee an artisanal food, like wine, rather than a commodity such as fuel. We support improvements in all stages of production -- from coffee plant growing, harvesting and processing, to relationships with our growers, traders and roasters, to fresh micro-roasting and skilled brewing. We aspire to the highest form of culinary appreciation of coffee -- enjoying the subtleties of flavor and growing region -- as with other fruits of the earth such as grapes/wine, tea, and chocolate. Love for coffee and delight in shared encounter infuse the service. Latte art adds a final touch of visual beauty to the experience.

Our coffee is always crafted with the best skills along with Stumptown Coffee and all Organic Clover milk!  Seating indoors and outdoors creates a space for every one. Free wifi as well! Even better, we're a nonprofit!

The Hub crafts coffee drinks made from Stumptown coffee with organic milks. There’s seating on comfy stools indoors and a large outdoor courtyard garden. We have grass for kids to play on. Bike hooks and nooks for cyclists. Free wifi for work. A place for you.
